The Copy Cat Tour – Northside 2025
Join us Sunday, October 26th, from 3-6 PM, for Northside’s quirkiest new tradition, the Copycat Tour! Inspired by Minneapolis' famous Cat Tour, this walking adventure aims to showcase homes and businesses featuring cats in windows, on porches, in strollers—or even dressed like goblins. The tour kicks off at Kitty City Dane (4210 Dane Avenue) and wraps up with a community celebration at Northside Yacht Club!

Northside is weird! Northside is wonderful! And what better way to celebrate than with our very first Cat Tour—a COPYCAT TOUR-- walking adventure through the neighborhood inspired by Minneapolis' beloved Cat Tour. Together, we’ll celebrate the coolest cats and quirkiest homes in our eclectic community!
We’re aiming for 25 homes and businesses to take part in this inaugural tour. Want to be one of them? Sign up below! Interested participants will be notified no later than 10/17, confirming if they have been selected for the route!
How It Works
- Host a Stop: Register your home or business as an official tour stop! By registering, you grant permission for a crowd of cat-loving neighbors to stop outside your property to admire your feline friend(s). Please note: Registering your home/business DOES NOT guarantee you will be on the final route. The route will be determined based on all addresses that have registered and what will make the most sense for a walking tour, and the finalized route will be decided and participants notified by no later than 10/17.
- Cats can be featured in a window, on a porch, balcony, stroller, leash, backpack—or dressed up as a goblin (yes, really).
- If your home/business is selected for the route, we’ll email you with details by 10/17! .
- Attend the Tour: Join the walking adventure! Meet fellow cat enthusiasts, discover Northside’s quirks, and enjoy an afternoon of feline fun.
- Get the Merch: Snag official Copycat Tour swag and show your pride in supporting this brand-new Northside tradition.

- Route: A curated walking tour of selected homes and businesses around Northside
- End Location: Northside Yacht Club for the after party! (Also on Dane Avenue)
Registration Options

✅ Sign up to attend as a participant
✅ Purchase official Copycat Tour t-shirt in Orange or Black and pick up at the shelter when we meet for the walking tour! Pre-orders for t-shirts are CLOSED! Limited black and orange t-shirts will be available for purchase at 4210 Dane Avenue at the start of the event, and all remaining shirts will be available at the after-party at Northside Yacht Club.
